The Springport Agriscience Program and FFA Chapter was chartered in 1940 and has been growing since. The program curriculum is intra-curricular, combining classroom and laboratory instruction with leadership training, and work experience.The projects listed that are a part of the agriscience program fulfill the FFA's mission of "learning to do, doing to learn, earning to live, and living to serve."

  • January 2012:
    • 20 - District Contest Entries due to chairs
    • 23 - The following items are due to the State FFA Office: National Chapter Award Applications Form I and II(must be in the state office by this date as late applications will not be considered), and Agriscience Student Recognition Application.
    • 27- End of 1st Semester Point System Tally/Prizes
    • 29 - Pre-District Critique Night 5:30 – 7:30 pm, SHS Library, Home Ec. Room, and Art room
    • 29 - FFA Meeting – Sun. at 7:30 pm in the Library
  • February:
